The '98 Hotel is an historic hotel in the heart of beautiful downtown Whitehorse, Yukon.

The Hotel was completely refurbished in 2019. The result is brilliant—a brand new look that recollects the look and feel of an old-time hotel. Visiting The '98 Hotel feels like stepping back into the Klondike Gold Rush of 1898 (which is what the Hotel's name refers to).

Rooms

Unique beautifully restored gold rush rooms. Each one special in its own way. A mix of antique furnishings, original Yukon art and local photography.

The '98 Hotel has five guest rooms: the Angler, the Hunter, the Dancer, the Prospector and the Barmaid. Guests can use the kitchenette and three shared washrooms for guest use.

The '98 Hotel is pet friendly and wheelchair accessible. All rooms are on the ground floor. There are no stairs or elevators to deal with. There is free parking in front of the building and free Wi-Fi available to all guests.
